MISSION STATEMENT

For years, I trudged through life knowing deep within my being, that I was made for more, but felt powerless to change the brokenness in and around me. Fractures in my belief system and identity muted the voice of the Almighty and amplified the voice of the enemy furthering my brokenness and separation from the Godhead.  

In 2015, a series of life circumstances landed me in my darkest pit and back to the only thing I have ever known, something the world offers as help, counseling. This was not my first time and I knew the process well; unravel, reveal and learn steps to manage and cope with what was uncovered. Only this time, I had my first truth encounter through powerful prayer like I had never experienced before. I remember leaving that day feeling confused yet powerfully alive. That day was the day I began chasing things of the Kingdom. That day, I felt Jesus show up and begin a mighty work, exchanging my brokenness for wholeness, my ashes for beauty, and my sorrow for gladness. The day I chose to allow Him into my darkest places was the day He started working ALL things for good in my life and He hasn’t stopped. 

Inner Healing changed my life, my husband's life, my three boys' lives and will continue transforming lives for generations. Jesus didn’t die so I could manage pain, sorrow and brokenness.  He died to set the captives free, to eradicate darkness of ALL forms from my life. That Truth is what drives my passion in setting the captives free. 

Life happens, in glorious technicolor. But offense, traumas, disappointment, or roadblocks can cause our lives to turn from vibrant to dull colors. Inner healing, in its various forms, shifts our thought patterns so we again see the hope and joy in life. I am passionate about bringing out the color in everyone's life. So, whether through a single breakthrough or a series of breakthroughs, I desire for you to know hope, peace, and joy in every circumstance. 

I was raised in the church. In 2012, God called me out of traditional Church and into relationship with Him. It was during this transition that I learned what Kingdom forgiveness looks like and what inner healing can bring to us. I have trained in the inner healing streams of Sozo, basic and advanced, and RTF ( Restoring the Foundations). I have also learned and applied tools from Moriah, Emanuel, and The Courts of Heaven. Since we have founded Three & Free, Holy Spirit has revealed new tools within sessions that bring deeper levels of clarity, freedom, and connection.

Since 2015, I have intentionally gone hard after freedom, first for myself, then for others, from the wounds and lies that bind us. Jesus came not only for eternal salvation but abundant life here on the earth. Freedom is AMAZING and is what I want for everyone!!
